Tristan is no stranger to hard work. When you’re raised on a ranch, you learn the value of a strong work ethic early and it quickly becomes a way of life. At Texas A&M University that tenacity only blossomed as Tristan balanced life as a student and an athlete, competing on the Texas A&M University Stock Horse Team.
Since graduating in 2020, Tristan has put her talents to work on brands like Chick-fil-A, where she got to bring ideas that enhanced brand awareness and local partnerships to life as a project manager. Her approach is simple yet holistic – it takes 360 degrees of visibility to make informed decisions, resolve issues proactively, and ensure that projects stay on track and within budget. If there’s one thing to know about Tristan, it’s that she’s an expert at taking the reins.
